That opinion was reinforced by the manner in which you handled and expedited the acceptance of their offer and the opening of the escrow. I was excited to finally have a listing agent that “got it”, and was willing to follow-up on a sale after escrow was opened and didn’t just move on to their next project. I’m happy to hear that you have a back-up offer and will be able to take advantage of the short sale approval that you do have in hand, you deserve to benefit from the hard work that you have put into the process to date.
