This is the New Year and I thought it would be appropriate to dive into the word “Clarity”. What an important way to start the New Year. Many people start the year off with resolutions – resolutions are a decision or determination; a resolve: to make a firm resolution to do something. But how can you make a resolution if you don’t have CLARITY – The problem with resolutions is most people start them but don’t complete them. When you have Clarity, you see the light at the end of the tunnel because you’re CLEAR. But I have another secret for you… In order to get to Clarity, You must know your WHY. Let’s take an example: Let’s say you’ve got a property and you’ve been toying around with the idea of possibly selling. You see the market is improving, you know that interest rates are at an all-time low, you’re watching the news, checking the recent sales and stats on your value, and it’s all very interesting. But WHY and WHAT is compelling you to research this information? Curiosity killed the cat! Think about this……What is it that you ultimately WANT? Do you want more space? Do you want to downsize? Are you looking to live in a different neighborhood? Then ask yourself WHY? Once you get in touch with your WHY, you will gain better CLARITY on exactly what you need to do. Only then can you begin to lay out your ACTION PLAN to move towards your goals. Write it down, look at it daily, and put it on a Vision Board. Clarity is Power! And what you Focus on Expands!
